Nutritional Assessment
Had my NA today - very helpful. Never thought I'd actually consider tofu as a protein source - but Alice made it sound very appetizing.
I've been practicing chewing and not drinking with dinner - so that has been good. One thing I'd never thought of - but will definitely be putting into practice more now is thinking not about "What do I want to eat" but more "What does my body want to eat." Many times, these are VERY different things!!
